Research/Design/Build (RDB) is a dynamic hands-on class structured as a studio practicum course, focusing on design research and design thinking methods. We were tasked to define the future of community and premium customer experience for our partner, Harley-Davidson. Andy, Dave, Mike, Zoe, and I spent ten weeks conducting ethnographic research, presenting storyboard narratives, and receiving generous amounts of feedback. Our synthesized research and proposed solutions is featured in the deck below, which we presented to Harley-Davidson CEO Matt Levatich.
